Between March 05, 21:26 PT, and March 06, 20:17 PT, we encountered an issue that prevented Zoom call recordings due to an unexpected change in Zoom permissions affecting the Mindtickle integration.

We have fully resolved the issue, and your Zoom calls are now being recorded as expected. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may have caused and are implementing additional safeguards to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

A detailed root cause analysis (RCA) will be shared on this status page next week.
